- Canteen Management
- Plant Housekeeping
- Guest House Management
- Vehicles Management
- Local Liaison
- Quarters Management
- Assistance in Employee Appraisal Management
- HR related ISO Records Management
- Employee Records Administration
- Other jobs as assigned from time to time
Desired Candidate Profile
- Post-Graduation in HR Management, preferably MHRM or such core HR Course. MBA (HR) is second preference only
- Candidate with minimum 4 years experience in managing Plant HR/ER and Administration activities.
- People and Process Orientated
- Should be able to implement new systems and processes wherever required
- Should be strong in statutory compliance
- Fluency in Telugu (speaking, reading and writing)
- Should be able to manage Public Relations effectively
