Manage the commercial function which include but not limited to:
a) Coordination with production and sales teams to ensure seamless commercial related operations.
b) Devise and implement necessary systems and processes for order acceptance, invoicing, receivables, handling customer claims, reconciliations and dispatch (supply chain) parameters etc.
c) Work closely with Logistics (Transport) Head to ensure fleet as required (both road/rail).
d) Manage all Company Godowns in all respects including their Costs and their impact on overall P&L.
e) Manage and ensure appropriate and required documentation with respect to Dealers, C & F Agents and Loading & Unloading Labour Contractors at godowns and transit hubs.
f) Manage and ensure bank guarantees / security deposits as per the credit policies.
g) Ensure price approvals as per the approval mechanism and implement internal controls.
h) Handle receivables together with sales Team as per credit policy of the Company.
i) Manage customer account reconciliations together with F&A Team.
j) Ensure appropriate accuracy with respect to company promotional schemes.
k) Generate Weekly/Monthly MIS in relation to Orders/Dispatches/Collections and raise red flags in case of any issues.
l) Work closely with Finance & Accounts Department to ensure appropriate interface for accounting/book closures etc.
m) Work closely with transport team in finalisation of major transport contracts/rates.
n) Work with IT Department for autotomised systems / processes

Required Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 15 Years relevant experience, preferably in cement industry.
- Graduation in Commerce / Post Graduation in Commerce is preferable.
- Should be able to speak and write in Telugu.
- Good Command over MS Office
- Exposure to ERP
