The job holder will be responsible for the entire gamut of Plant HR, Administration, Liaison and Safety activities at our manufacturing unit of NCL Doors , Malkapur, Choutuppal, Nalgonda Dist.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Should be a Post Graduate in Human Resources Management (MHRM is preferred)
• Should possess minimum 6 years of experience in plant HR, Administration, and liaison activities.
• Should be People Savvy
• Should have handled plant related administration activities including safety initiatives
• Should be able to handle all local liaison activities

• TELUGU speaking is mandatory
