Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the sales & marketing function of the Duradoor Division in the assigned area / geography.
- Develop and implement right strategies to penetrate the product into the market.
- Advice Management on sales operations in the assigned area including projection of annual sales.
- Manage and motivate team of direct reports and ensure good performance review mechanism.
- Lead the team by example by enforcing participative management style and not by being directive.
- Implement the set mechanism for management of business associates (channel partners)
- Ensure product training to all stakeholders i.e. sales teams and business associates
- Conduct analysis and mapping for keeping the abreast of the market trends and competitors moves.
- Other Sales & Marketing related tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 12 years experience in project sales in building material industry like Doors, Boards, Paints, Tiles and Bath Fittings & Sanitary Ware etc.
- Prior experience of handling markets of UP, Rajasthan & NCR.
- Should have handled sales/marketing.
- Strong in Communication, Leadership, Presentation, Analytical Skills and Problem Solving.
- Should be very good at Team Orientation.
- Candidate should be proficient in English and Hindi.
