Dealer/Sub-Dealer identification and appointment:
- Identify, appoint of new channel partners.

Sales Enablement / Support:
- Provide product training and sales support to partners.
- Develop and deliver sales tools and materials.
- Share market insights and competitive information.
Sales Planning and Forecasting:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets.
- Forecast sales accurately and regularly.
- Analyse market trends and identify new opportunities.
Sales Execution:
- Collaborate with partners to generate leads and close deals.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Resolve partner issues and conflicts.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on sales performance.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management
Graduation with 2-5 years of experience in Cement Marketing Industry.
