  2. Analyze business development opportunities for different product applications and monitor market trends.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Handle all dealer representatives\/representations in the respective areas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Accomplish Sales Objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Lead and develop the team by example by enforcing participative management style.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Meet the Builders, Contractors, Architects, Govt. Departments and Fabricators to explain about product and applications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Build company image by collaborating with Architectures, Builders, Engineers etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Key Account Management<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Implement all promotional activities and suggest new promotional methods\/activities<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Address any other tasks assigned from time to time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Minimum 8- 10 years\u2019 experience in Channel sales\/dealer sales, project sales in building material industry like Boards, Paints, Tiles and Bath Fittings & Sanitary Ware etc. Candidate should be proficient in English and Local language.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
