{"id":8527,"date":"2023-06-13T12:05:52","date_gmt":"2023-06-13T12:05:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nclind.com\/careers\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=8527"},"modified":"2023-10-04T03:41:54","modified_gmt":"2023-10-04T03:41:54","slug":"area-sales-manager-cement-marketing-karnataka","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/nclind.com\/careers\/jobs\/area-sales-manager-cement-marketing-karnataka\/","title":{"rendered":"Area Sales Manager Cement Marketing &#8211; Karnataka"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul>\n<li>Achieve assigned Sales, Collection &amp; other receivable Targets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage existing Dealer network and appoint new dealers in unrepresented markets by initiating market mapping &amp; potential assessment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sustain and increase Market Share of NCL.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage and motivate team of direct reportees and ensure good performance review mechanism of their KPPs( Key performance parameters)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure planned&nbsp; market visits for effective engagement with channel partners and customers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Train and coach team on new technical inputs and general management skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain good work environment by creating a highly performance oriented culture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resolve \/ handle service related issues proactively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain good communication with internal customers( Commercial\/ Logistics\/ Accounts&nbsp; )<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Directly manage key customers (Trade &amp; Non Trade )<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop strong Brand equity for NCL.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement all promotional activities (Mason Meets \/ Wall paintings\/ Engineer meets\/ Dealer boards ) as listed out in the KPPs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure healthy channel network (minimum active dealer percentage to be 90).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit weekly market reports and other reports relating to competition \/ industry developments .<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Achieve any other tasks assigned from time to time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Minimum 7 years \u2013 Max 12 experience in Sales &amp; marketing in Cement Industry and currently at a Assistant Manager or Manager Sales.
