Senior Management - NCL Industries Limited

Mr. K. Ravi is a Diploma holder in Electrical Engineering with specialization in power stations network and systems. He has over 40 years experience in managing cement, chemical and hydelpower units. He successfully implemented the hydel power project of NCL Energy Ltd.(Now merged with NCL Industries Ltd.)

Apart from being the Executive Chairman of NCL Industries, Mr. K. Ravi holds a directorship in Hampi Energy Limited, Kakatiya Industries Private Limited, Nagarjuna Cerachem Private Limited, Deccan Nitrates Private Limited, and Vikram Chemicals Private Limited.

Mr. K. Gautam is a BBM (Hons) from ICFAI, Hyderabad and an M.Sc (Entrepreneurship and Business Management) from University of Bedfordshire, UK. He started with the company as a Management Trainee in June, 2007. Later, he was promoted as Manager (Projects) during the year 2008.

Mr. Gautam does not hold directorship of any other company.

At present, he is Managing Director of the company with effect from 1st Ocrober, 2022. He is related to Mr. K. Madhu, Director as his son.

Mr. N.G.V.S.G. Prasad (aged about 50 years) is a Graduate in Commerce from Nagarjuna University and a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He has worked with public sector undertakings like LIC and APSRTC from 1991 to 1996 before joining NCL Group. Mr. N.G.V.S.G. Prasad has been associated with the Company for over 20 years. He has been heading the Finance and Accounts function of the Company and, over the years, has risen from General Manager (F & A) to President and CFO. Mr. Prasad was elevated to the Board of Directors at the Board Meeting held on 30th May, 2016 and designated Executive Director & CFO w.e.f 30th May, 2016.

Mrs. Roopa Bhupathiraju is an MBA (Marketing and Entrepreneurship) from Sivasivani Institute of Management and an MS in Marketing Communications from Illinois Institute of Technology, USA. She joined NCL Industries Ltd. in the year 2006 as a Marketing Manager in Boards Division and was later elevated to Executive Assistant to Managing Director in 2007. She joined as a Non Executive Director on the board from 30th May, 2014. Mrs.Roopa is also a Non Executive Director in Sorachem Industries (P) ltd. Mrs. Roopa Bhupathiraju appointed as Executive Director of the company with effect from 1st October 2019 Mrs. Roopa Bhupathiraju is the daughter of Mr. K. Ravi, Managing Director of NCL Industries Limited.

Mr. K.V.R.R. Gopal Varma, aged about 53 years, is the President of Doors Division of the Company. He has been associated with the Company since 1996 and was elevated to his current position in 2022. He is responsible for looking after Doors Division of the Company .Prior to joining NCL, he was associated with Blow Plast Ltd.

Mr. S. Chakradhar, aged about 48 years is the President of Cement Manufacturing units located at Mattapally and Kondapali. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical) from Gulbarga University. He is experienced in operations, erection and commissioning of cement plant. He has been associated with NCL since 2015 and being responsible for looking after the smooth functioning and operations of the cement plants.

Mr. U. Harish Rao aged about 58 years is the President of the company. Associated with the company since 2020 and in his earlier stint from 1991 - 2002. He is responsible for the board division marketing of the company. Prior to joining, he was associated with Everest Industries Ltd.

Mr. T. Arun Kumar, ages about 54 years is the Vice President & Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company. He holds a Master’s Degree in Commerce from Sri Venkateswara University and an LLB degree from Osmania University, Hyderabad. He is a qualified Company Secretary and a member of the ICSI as well as a qualified Cost Accountant from Institute of Cost Accountants of India and is having experience in secretarial matters. He is responsible for looking after the secretarial affairs and statutory compliances of the Company. He has been associated with the Company since 1992 and elevated to the post of Company Secretary in 2007.

Mr. Utkal Goradia, aged about 39 years is the Vice President of door division. He has completed the Executive Education Programme on General Management Programme for IT professionals from IIM, Bangalore. He has been associated with NCL since 2006 and currently being responsible for looking after door division of the company. Prior to joining NCL, he was associated with GE Consumer Finance Services.

Mr. P.V.P. Murthy Raju, aged about 54 years, is the Vice President of RMC Division. He holds Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Andhra University, Vizag. He re-joined in NCL during March 2013 and is responsible for looking after RMC division of the company. He is experienced in erection, commissioning and operations of RMC plants. Prior to this he worked in NCL Prefab division and has experience in civil construction field.

Mr. D.V.S.R. Raghu Varma, aged about 52 years is the Vice President of NCL .He holds Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Osmania University .He has been associated with NCL since December, 1992 and is in charge of Civil Engineering activities of the Company.

Mr. V Shyam Prakash is an M.B.A in Marketing & Production management, B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering and a Diploma holder in Inventory Management. He joined NCL Industries Ltd in 2019 and has 27 years of Cement marketing & sales experience. He has worked with companies like The India Cements Ltd, Deccan Cements Ltd and Zuari Cement Ltd. He is responsible for NCL Industries Ltd , Cement division Marketing & Sales operations.
