Mr. P. N. Raju is a Mechanical Engineer and has extensive experience in Marine Engineering in addition to business experience. He was associated with NCL Industries as a Whole Time Director from 1987 to 1990. He was again inducted as an Executive Director of the Company from 2006 and continued in the same capacity upto 30th june 2015. At present he holds the position of Director of the Company.

He also Member of the Risk Management Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee.
